PM's?

I have not visited spyderlovers in a long time due to personal reasons, and thankfully my account is still active.

It seems there have been some updates to the forums. So, my question might be just :gaah:

However, I cannot send PM's and I cannot even send a message via the Contact Us page.

My settings show I am allowing all PM's to be sent and received by all others.

Can anyone suggest what I might be missing?

Duh, yeah...possible. Is there a way to tell if someone does not accept PM's from someone he/she does not know? I do not want to over step anyone's privacy. I was going to send an PM to someone who mounted a ram mount on his dash, and I had questions. But, the post was from 2015 and I wasn't sure if they would get my post reply.

Anthony cleaned house a few months ago. If the person who made the 2015 post hasn't been active since then they may have been deleted. Also, I don't know if it's the case or not, but your posting privileges may have been suspended at that same time if you haven't been active, but your account stayed alive.

FYI...I was able to get to the PM entry screen when before I could not even see that much...just got the not allowed message...so, I believe I'm good. We'll see if LeftCoast got the test and go from there.
