Plate

I have an 08 GS and it came with a factory movable passenger back rest which comes off with a pull of the knob under the seat. Looking at the mount I assume there is some kind of plate that would fit in there to be able to use it as a rack or mount a top case. Am I correct on this and if anyone has one they'd like to sell I'd be interested or can someone get a part #?

Lid is not pictured, but it looks to be $84.99. You just have to check with dealer for the correct color, or maybe someone here has one laying around, and willing to part with it. Good luck.

ebay usually has an assotment of colors you can pick from. Cheapcycleparts.com also has them maybe not as cheap but both cheaper than brp...:thumbup:
