Just stumbled on this today.....
Pingel now makes a bolt-on autoshift kit for the Spyder:

Might work for some that were interested in this but don't want to wait for BRP to ship....
This unit also allows you to still shift manually.
You do still need to use the clutch for when you start and stop..... but other than that.... the Pingel does all the work for you at the push of a button.... it operates the shifter for you----- you don't really need the clutch between gears--- so it just shifts--- you can do it with the gas still 'on' for some performance ryding... or let off the gas like you usually do and just push-button to shift without the clutch .
They also have an upgrade box you can link to your tach to have it shift all on its own....
