• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Our New Spyder!

Well after 5 and 1/2 years we have said a found farewell to our 2013 RTL, and welcomed into out life a New 2018 RTL Pearl White Dark Edition to the family! Went out for a little Shakedown Run in the snow yesterday! Yes it does snow in California!CDBCBEED-6A83-4EFE-91BA-EC13C3C4759B.jpg1F8CE302-4C58-4745-92D4-32147CDC900F.jpgDA50DF75-1044-415C-9D9F-88699A292970.jpgA69E98BB-16C3-4EC3-BF80-C422255845F6.jpgA0B3AEA4-21B2-4EE8-ABA6-FB86BECF19AB.jpg

I was going to ask if you noticed any differences, now if only that snow would melt....
Well I have been used to the 1330 and SE6 on my F3L but my wife has been ryding the 2013 RTL and she was blown away by the steering, and the smoothness of the transmission! We were in Placerville so the snow wasn’t too thick, but it was fun for a change!

I've got the same model but didn't know these machines would perform in the snow???? so how deep was your snow??
Yu will surely enjoy your new ride.

In fairness BigF we the snow fall was light and it was melting as it hit the ground. Roads were plowed and it was only 39 degrees, so for us fair weather people, these were radical conditions! But kinda fun!

The kind of snow you show is usually no problem for the Spyder. Ice, is another matter.

If you get into two or more inches on the ground...then the rear wheel is likely to spin because the two front wheels are acting like snow plows.

:congrats: and 1330club

Nice pictures minus the snow.

We have more snow here ( in Vermont).
I'm so over winter .
