• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Does anyone here pull a non Can Am trailer?

Might be a stupid question, but would it make any difference?

We have a 2000 Motorvation trailer that we can use.

At Spyderfest i saw more NON Can Am Trailers than Can Am Trailers. Go for it. Different wiring though.

Lots of us do (I tow both). You probably will have to adapt/change the connector, and possibly rewire the trailer lighting in some cases, but the only real restriction is that the total trailer weight be 400 pounds or less, and that the tongue weight doesn't exceed 40 pounds.

I pulled a Jason Ion trailer at first as I had that from my Goldwing days.

I purchased a RT622 can am trailer. They both pull well, the only benefit with the 622 is the suspension. I preferred the look and space of my Ion but being torsion bar suspension it bounced around a lot. Sort of regret selling it but didn't have garage space for both. In a perfect world would have been the ION shell on the 622 frame.

A part from some re-wring of a harness it work just fine.
