This is from another forum but it is a great reference for bike roads north of Toronto (GTA). Well documented and links to google maps for each route. Although the thread started in 2010 he's kept it updated as recently as earlier this month.
The OP rides a V-Strom and he does include a few routes that are gravel/hard packed dirt. I rode a V-Strom for 4 years and I can assure you these noted "dirt" roads are NOT for our Spyders.
