I saw Rodney live in a little club in Atlanta in the late 70's. A girl in the crowd yelled out for him to take off his pants and he did he last the last half of the show in his boxers. It was hilarious!!

when i was a apprentice in my union back in the 70's, i was working on second avenue and i was sent to get the crew coffee one day. i passed by his club on first avenue and he was standing outside having a smoke, like others said he was what you see on tv. all the nervous ticks and funny as heck to talk to
