• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Oil leak on 2013 ST-S

So I go to take off the bottom panels on the Spyder this weekend (for some continue help dissipating heat) and I notice a fluid on the panels. It appeared to be oil, so I checked the oil per the manual...found out I was 1/2 quart low. So I added 1/2 quart of the recommend motorcyle oil. It appears that the leak is coming from what I have shown in attached photo. I assume this is the drain plug? Is that a gasket around the plug? Was getting ready to take it to the dealer for it's first oil change. Just want to make sure I tell them accurately which part is leaking.

BTW...love this bike....with the cat bypass and now with the bottom panels gone...the heat doesn't seem to be too bad. Still thinking about trying to get a BRP case number and see if they will replace the panels. This has become my daily commuter to work!
