NTSB using Georgia

Just wanted to let everyone know that I received word @ the Savannah Harley Dealer today that the NTSB gave the State of Georgia a grant of some $70,000.00 to conduct random Motorcycle ONLY Safety stops predominantly during the 10-days or so of Bike Week which this year starts on March 4th and runs thru March 13th in Daytona, so be sure all your paperwork is in order and that all riders have a DOT approved helmet you're wearing in Georgia. Also understand that ABATE of Georgia has already filed some sort of injunction or other legal proceeding prohibiting Georgia from taking actions against "only" motorcycles so who knows there may be no stops but just in case pass this info on to your friends who may be traveling thru Georgia during the first 13 days or so of Georgia by motorcycle....:yikes:...

If there anything like the DEC deer check stops in NY, If EVERY ''T'' isn't crossed and EVERY ''I'' isn't doted, out comes the summons book.
When the Government throws out money for stops they expect summons to be handed out.!!
