I wanted to give you an update on the Spyder ride on Saturday.
The details of the ride are as follows:
Leave Bradford Marine in Springdale at 9 AM. Coffee and donuts will be served beginning at 8:30.
Travel South on Hwy 71B to Hwy 16 East 10.6 miles
Hwy 16E to Fallsville. 60.3 miles
Travel hwy 21 from Fallsville to Berryville. 54.8 miles
Hwy 62 from Berryville to Eureka Springs 12.8 Miles
Hwy 23 and Hwy 12 to Rogers 36.9 miles
We will have lunch in Berryville or Eureka Springs depending on the time but probably Eureka Springs.
Weather forecast is for temperatures to be in the 80's and only a 10% chance of rain.
I am going to ride the route today. If there are any changes, I will send another email. If there are no changes, I will see you Saturday morning.
I know of riders coming from Oklahoma and Missouri. Looks like we will have a good turn out.
If this distance is too far for some, there are several opportunities to cut the ride short but still enjoy the first part of the ride. The total riding time is right at 4 hours plus rest stops.
