• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

North Carolina MC Road Test

FYI

You can take your North Carolina motorcycle road test on a Spyder.

I passed mine today riding my Spyder.

Yeap..took a couple of weeks dealing with the state and they sent a little to the DMV stating they must allow spyders to take the test..lol.

In West Virginia, you can take your test on a Spyder BUT...they have to schedule a special time for 3-wheelers (front, rear, and sidecar). Unfortunately, they wait until they have enough to make it worth their while. Last test was the day of my surgery so now I have to wait for the next one...whenever that may be. That one was a month after I signed up.

As a result, I may not be able to attend any of the nighttime activities in MO next month since I may still be operating on a Learner's permit (no night driving)

My wife did too the week before Daytona Bike week! Rode with learners permit from second week of Sept. Man was she proud!
:congrats::congrats:
Has almost 8000 miles so far on her:spyder2:!!!!!!!!!!
