No power at any customer accessory connections

Evening all:

I wonder if anyone can tell me if the customer accessory outlet on a 2016 F3-S is switched, i.e. no power unless bike is running or key on acc?
I have checked the 10a fuse for that circuit and it is ok.
I checked with a local dealer and they said the fuse for that circuit is in position 3 fuse right fuse block.
That's not what the owners manual says or shows....
I am CORN FUSED!

Check the fuse in F6. Check for power with the engine running.

All my accessory connections are switched/ignition on/machine running.
