No Magic above and Beyond for Customer Service!

Just wanted to post another very satisfied customer note about Evan and the great folks at NMN. I ordered a CalSci from them last week that was due in today (UPS failed to leave a delivery attempt notice) so i called NMN at 430 Central and yes they answered!!! 30 minutes past closing and they still help me out by getting me the tracking number to get UPS to hold the package!

I now have my CalSci installed as of 10 minutes ago and can't wait to try it out tomorrow!!! Thanks again its great having company's like yours to spend my hard earned money at

I know how it is when you are waiting for a part and UPS screws up and did not leave it. The few extra OT minutes it took to help you get your windshield was worth it if you got it and are happy. :clap:
