• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Night display

Is there a way to change the display to night, the orange and black/white, permanently. I have a friend who claims it would be easier for him to read the night display during the day. Apparently there is a sensor on the display telling it when its night or day but I see no way of turning the day off.

I also thought it might be nice ......, So I triggered the Night Mode :yikes::yikes::yikes:......it was almost unreadable during the day ......if you want to see for yourself take a small piece of cardboard hold it tight against the screen and move it around the edges until you find the " Sensor " , when you do the screen will go into night mode ...... good luck .......... I did. It didn't work. There was still enough light getting to the sensor to make the display go back to daytime mode. I had to pretty much cover half of the instrument panel to get night mode to stay on, not a good thing. I like the night screen even during the day so if anyone ever figures out how to switch I will be one of the first to go for it on my 2015 RT.

It could be one of BRP 'Safety Issues'. 'YOU KNOW' no night riding. :roflblack::roflblack::roflblack::roflblack::roflblack:
