• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Nice blog by Faran posted on BRP

That's a very good Q & A. It certainly points out the reasons for this great Forum. I remember back in 2008, I joined this group several months before I purchased my GS. I had lots of questions that the dealer had no answers, but the people on this forum did. It continues to be that way.
Thanks Lamont and thanks everyone here on Spyderlovers. You are the best. :2thumbs:

Long time coming...

From what I am reading this was a long time coming and worth the wait. This a great cite with more info than the manufacturer. It has been invaluable to many...thanks to all...:thumbup:

Glad y'all liked it. I just asked the questions I really wanted to know the answers to and put in a few I thought newcomers might need to know. Lamont did the harder work in answering them! nojoke
