• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Nexen tire

Has anyone tried a Nexen tire for the rear tire on their Spyder. These are the OEM tires on my Kia Soul. I got over 61k out of 60k tires without ever rotating them. I was just barely down to the wear bars on two tires when I changed them out. They have excellent wear along with a high rating in weather. They have two tires with sizes 205/60R15 and 215/60R15. I am currently running a Kumho, but am looking at another tire that I can use. I have a tire dealer who can get me any tire that I want, no questions asked. They don't care what it is going on. Never know, I could be putting it on an auger.

I am getting ready to change my rear tjre and I am not at all pleased with the first two (both Kenda's). They should get much better millage. If you get this tire (Nexen) I would really like to know how it works out (fit under fender...handling. ..rough-smooth...cornering, etc. Thanks

I am running a Kumho on the back right now. It is OEM size and is wearing very well. I have almost 9k on mine and it still looks good. I am happy with the Kumho. With the Nexen, I am just looking at an alternative to the Kumho. I have had really good luck with them on my car. I drive my car(Kia Soul) like I ride my Spyder. Brick streets, two lane black-top, Route 66, Highway 34, I'm ready to roll.

I would go with the 215/60/15 on an RT. That size fits fine on the rear. I have that size (Michelin Primacy) on our 2012 RT for 19,000 miles.
