• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

News Flash! Adjustable Front Shocks - F3!

It is amazing sometimes what you can miss. Hidden in plain sight!

For years, F3 owners have been complaining to us that their OEM adjustable front shocks (LTD versions) are very difficult to adjust. First, you need 2 spanner wrenches (which BRP does not supply). And the locking nuts are difficult to get separated. And for years we have been telling them that our shock adjuster kit will only work with the Non-Adjustable shock version.

This was true in the beginning, when the upgrade adjustable shocks had threaded bodies. But, unbeknownst to me, BRP changed things up in 2016. Instead of a threaded body. BRP took their non-adjustable RT shock body and made a threaded component which slides down over the shock. This component (Part #130f in the diagram) locks in by spring pressure against the 3 tabs protruding from the shock body. We just today discovered that our RT shock adjuster kit works perfectly on the 2016+ F3, factory adjustable shocks! Converting them from a difficult adjuster, to a much easier adjuster. We've been, all these years, sending customers away with wrong information! A bit embarrassing.

That's what happens when you ASSUME!
