• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

New way to haul your spyder

My two cents worth, bad idea to put spyder in backwards. the windshield would be like a parachute, and get torn off. I know! it happened to me. I backed mine onto a trailer to take to little rock for warranty work. windshield was gone when I got there!

Man what a great idea ! I agree about the windshield, but that comes off pretty easy as well as a snap to put back on when you get where you are going . Lot easier than allen a trailer. Although the best way to keep the Spyder safe and clean is in an enclosed trailer.

Looks like a great idea but the windshield would have to come off for sure before I would drive down the road with it.

:agree: I have a 7x12 enclosed trailer with the super clamp for the spyder. I have to say I really love the super clamp.

These have been around for years and used by snowmobiliers and ATVers... I don't know why they'd mess up and have the :spyder2: sit backwards though... :gaah:

I considered something like this before I went with the TandemTow trailer. It's backwards because of the wheel wells of the truck.

Picture No.

8. Spyder arrives at destination without windshield.

9. State Trooper who was hit by flying windshield also arrives at destination.

The Spyder is too wide for the front wheels to fit in the bed of my truck. The only way for me to carry it in my truck would be to do it backwards.
