• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Considering to purchase a Spyder and leaning towards a 2016 Can-Am Spyder RT limited.
Central Florida Power sports Kissimmee, FL selling them for 26,888.00. Would this be consider a good deal since MSRP is around 30,949.00?
Would I get a better deal somewhere else? If yes, where is a good dealer in South East Area? I live in Tampa area,
I have a 2015 GL1800 but the wife wants a automatic bike so I hear lot of good things about Spyders.
Should I purchase extended warranty?
What is exactly SE6?
Sorry I don't know too much about Spyders. Trying to educate myself and do my homework before I go to a dealer.

SE6 is a six speed semi automatic transmission, 6 forward gears and 1 true reverse gear. Can't help with dealers in your area.

Have you and your Wife taken a test ride yet? The Spyder does not handle, or even feel like a motorcycle. It's actually feels more like an ATV, or a snowmobile.

Ride it and then price shop

You definitely should ride the Spyder before committing to price. A few people have reported excellent prices from iMotorsports one of the dealers listed on the main page of this forum. They will deliver for free and take your trade. If nothing else you can get a price from iMotorsports to know if the price you are getting in FL is reasonable.

With regards to the extended warranty shop for that also ... for a 3 year extended warranty i found prices from $700 - $1,300. Maybe you can get the dealer to throw it in for free.
 
Central Florida Power Sports is one of the best dealers around. And you really need to test ride one before you make a decision!

first of all you have chosen the top of the line and I'm quite sure you will enjoy it. I have the RT Limited and love everything about it. The $26,888 asking price seems pretty good to me as no dealer around here offers that pricing...

You've been given a range for the extended warranty and you should shop that as hard as for Spyder price. You do NOT need to purchase it at the same time as the Spyder and you might get a better price from Bert's Mega Mall or Pitbull Powersports.
 
Since you mentioned the Tampa area, I live in St Pete and work in Tampa. I bought my 2015rtl from Barneys in St Pete, and have always been treated well there. You will find great and horrible reports on any dealer so take it with a grain of salt.
 
As far as the pricing, iMotorsports has them on their site. The pricing for a RT Limited is $25,999.00
As far as extended warranty, got my from Pitbull in Springfield, MO, $749.00 for a 3 year Best.
I would try to get your local dealer match the price, not that far off.

Hi Jack, I don't think that includes shipping. They will give you a shipping quote after you enter your zipcode...
 
Get the extended warranty, I can not help with the can-am dealerships in Florida.
