WOW what a rush. The testdrive was totally insane.
I first rode alone and the first 10 minutes I wanted to take it back,
nothing for a biker like me I thought. But I remembered al postings
to drive longer and took it to the highway. Since I forgot my GPS I
had to find the way back and it took me longer then I thought so
minute after minute I experienced a totally new vehicle which rides
like a motorcycle when going straight and drives like a quad when
making corners. The engine is strong enough, I loved the sound and the humming,
and after I figured out how to handle the steering in corners it
began to make fun riding. You can't describe the feeling. You have to test
this thing and longer then an hour!! Don't think your on a motorcycle, don't think
your on a quad, your driving both at the same time! After finding my way back to the
shop I picked up my wive and made the second run. This time I was more secure
riding this 'thing' and I could played a bit more around. Almost forgot she was at the back cause you
don't feel it like on a bike. The engine, suspension and brakes are superb. The almost fool proof stability
systems are a plus, I liked the safety much.
My wife didn't liked it afterwards as much as I did but that's mainly because I was driving more sporty
to see how the bike acted with two persons on it. My mistake!!! I assured her when touring it would be different.
I'm not a very sporty guy so despite I liked the yellow color more I ordered a silver one. Delivery begin April.
I ordered also a touring pack, sport exhaust and risers for the handle bars since I am a taller person.
I'm gonna ask to hospitalize me and keep in coma till then... ;D
