• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

New Spyder Lineup 2020

Looking at the pics of the rear of the 2020 RT, it looks like that rear fender wraps pretty tight to the tire. I am wondering how much room there will be for variations in other size/brand tires for the rear other than the factory Kenda.

I also see that the Garmin 590 is now an add-on for the LTD model from what I saw on BRP's website.

I wonder. If the top case is an option, do you lose the rear radio speakers.......? Not that they were great, but just one more thing gone. Or, maybe at 2K they are integrated into the optional top case. Just wondering..... Jim

After watching videos it looks like there is an electrical plug for the top case and also looks like speaker grills. So maybe radio speakers are there. Need a closer look though.....

One of the videos I watch stated that only the limited will come with a color matched top box. The one you purchase to add on will only be available in black.
The one for the F3 (2019 and below) doesn't come with side panels. Once you add those it comes up to the new 2020 price.

I would really like to test ride one before I made any decisions. We already know what the engine feels like , but like to know more about the ergonomics and how I feel seated on it.

Oh I would take a test drive on 2020 RT Limited first before I purchase.

My dealership in Vt. wont see the 2020's until February.

Stay tuned!

Yup! For those interested enough to test drive, the LONG Anticipatory wait begins.

When in AK, I had to wait until late March or April to get a new rig. My 2014 RT came in on April 30, 2014.

If I am still in the mood...I am hoping Jan/Feb for test drive/purchase. Time will tell.

The Marsala black RT LTD caught my wife and i eyes and we can't wait to rent one this spring at our local dealer. I called when the 2020 was announced and they told me they ''might'' have one in the showroom in nov/dec but to rent one i would have to wait til april...

Don't understand $2K for the top case, egads. They've eliminated the back deeep storage for whatever reason. 31 Gal storage unless you want to fork out the $2K, which is what, an additional 5 gal? I don't think so, oh well....

They've eliminated the deep rear storage, but looks like they've substituted it for wide storage. They claim it will hold two helmets side by side, and the current trunk won't hold even 1 (unless it's a brain-bucket). This is the layout that Harley's and most other touring bikes offer.
