i received a call the other day from a computer support company, they said last year i paid 165.38 to have service done, and they had a mess up with their systems, and wanted to give me a refund. i told them to send it to me, but he wanted access to my computer to be able to take care of it. i said no, but he insisted that w/o access, he couldn't refund my money. at that point, i told him to keep the money, and hung up
