• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. NEW RIDE FOR "SOCAL" FEBRUARY 22nd 2014 "VALLEY OF THE SPYDER AVOCADO RIDE"

FEBRUARY 22[SUP]nd[/SUP] 2014
"VALLEY OF THE SPYDER AVOCADO RIDE"

Come join us for our first breathtaking Spyder group ride of the year. Our dear friends Steve and Staci Smith have put together a great adventure for all of us.

The Valley of the Spyder Avocados ride will take you through slow and scenic back roads of the majestic avocado and citrus orchards of Temecula and Fallbrook. We’ll officially start the ride at McDonalds just off the 15 Freeway on Magnolia Avenue in Corona (first exit after the 91/15 freeway exchange). We’ll then travel south on Temescal Canyon road, work our way through the city of Lake Elsinore and finally into Wildomar where we will have one final stop for gas and a final meet up before heading up Clinton Keith Road. We’ll follow Clinton Keith road as it changes names multiple times finally dropping down a steep incline into the “Valley of the Avocados”. From there, we’ll do a short loop to take in the sights of various avocado and citrus groves and then head down De Luz Road for about 20 miles before arriving in Fallbrook. Once in Fallbrook, we’ll have lunch (location to be determined) and then everyone can split up and head home from there. For those returning to L.A., you’ll have the option of getting on the North 15 freeway or crossing over to the coast and taking the 5 North.

Main Meet Up:
McDonalds @ 1215 Magnolia, Corona
(Magnolia is the first exit when traveling south on the 15 freeway just past the 91 freeway exchange. McDonalds is to the immediate right of the Magnolia off ramp.)

Final Meet Up: (The start of the ride)
Arco gas Station @ 36228 Hidden Springs Road, Wildomar
(The Arco is just off of the southbound 15 Freeway and Clinton Keith Road – stay right on Clinton Keith if coming southbound on the 15 freeway.)

We will be posting local area meet-ups for people coming from further locations before the event.

Please RSVP at [email protected]
MORE INFO WITH ADDITIONAL MEET-UP COMING SOON

It looks like we will have great weather for this Saturdays event.

It looks like we should have a great turnout. Look forward to seeing you all. Ride safe.

Hi all,
One of the first video recaps should be up this week of a perfect event. Special thanks to our dear friends Steve and Staci Smith for putting together a fabulous day. See you for our first Spyder overnighter of 2014 "Spyders In The Desert", March 31st - April 2.
