there are some pics of the modifed rear wheel bearings I tested the last few days and I can say I tested the crap out of them and they held up to me cutting as hard as I have yet.
The machinist in my garage cut the race as a spacer (within .3mm) and put in a bearing that was not as wide,
Just got the new one in so if you get stuck somewhere you can still do it if you want to get home.
I got the order in on thursday and the bearing came on friday which is legit because it was after 10am when I called so rats off the can am getting the stuff to dealers, it was still over 100 miles away but I got it.
had to heat up the sprocket to get it in and out just so people know.
I also had a bead issue with my tire would lose air from 22 psi down to 10 psi, did this randomly 3 times in the last 2 days going to get it reseated tomorrow.
Sean nagel who owner and runs street solutions is one of the best wrenchs I have met, I wish I could get him lathe and a milling machine, we are setting up a turbo for the beast right now. Watch out Doc, I will get one up on you.
