New Luggage Rack

I installed a new luggage rack today courtesy InspectorGadget. It is the first chrome model he has produced. It is very well constructed and finished. It even has chromed fender washers. Installation is relatively simple. Just follow easy directions and it is very hard to make a mistake. It may just make me decide not to purchase a trailer. It is sturdy and will hold either my duffel bag or bed roll giving me room for extra items I've had to otherwise leave behind. I travel one up except when my wife and I go to church. She needs the trunk for things like hair curler, hairspray, etc. as well as a purse almost as big as a travel bag.

Would I have to find an old kitchen refrigerator to get chrome shelving like that? How does the milk stay on when you ride?
