There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I bought one of these for my Garmin 660..Din't work well and I even had a filter screen on the gps...biggest problem was that it won't work well with the Touratech security bracket for the 660 even though you had to specify that you had the 660...you've got to rip it off to release the gps when you want to take it off so it doesn't get ripped off.

I have one of the commercial ones but felt like I wanted something I made myself. This one will be a closer match to the Honey Burl Dash Kit from Pete and once the Glove Box Kit is on it should all blend better together. Nice part of doing it myself is I can make any changes or adjustments needed to work as I want it to. With 35 years as a leather crafter I can handle most problems that might crop up. I'm working on a second one that will have carved spyders on it.

I made a bracket to hold a sun shade on to the Zumo via the Tourtec Locking bracket

Because the bracket slides between the Tourtec mount and the Zumo, it can be removed to allow easy removal of the Zumo should you need to
