New Front Trunk Lid

Had an issue with the front trunk lid out of alignment with the rest of the body. This was most noticeable at the "tips" of the lid when the lid is closed. The body lines were off & the "tips" stuck up almost an inch out of alignment. (What I call the "tips" are the left and right points of the lid that are the most rearward when the lid is closed.)

I showed it to one of the BRP reps @ Maggie Valley and was told that there were some lids that warped in the paint process. I brought it to my dealer a couple of weeks ago & they found a bulletin on the problem. My dealer ordered and replaced the lid, as well as installing a newly designed latch on the lid. Looks new again.

Glad to hear that they fixed you up as good as new! :2thumbs: My frunklid was a bit mis-aligned when I picked mine up, but it took just an adjustment by the dealer at the 600 mile service to put things right...
