There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. New electric bike

RE: HD Electric Bike...it has been talked about a little in the MC publications.

A big gamble for HD. I don't see the current crowd as being electric bike friendly. Time will tell.

I think HD has seen the writing on the wall as their current customer base is aging and the younger folks neither want or can afford many models in their lineup. Electric vehicles are here to stay and many folks are also wanting smaller bikes to enjoy. HD is offering both and I see it as a smart move.

Impressive....

Gonna be hard on the old timers and young-ins.... I mean a Harley with no sound......:yikes::roflblack:

I saw a TV ad last night for the real HD electric. Looks kind of nice and more like a sport bike than a traditional HD.

No traditional HD sound either. Crank the throttle and go...no shifting required.

 :bbq:

Yes, and that's the bummer. I don't see battery powered electric vehicles being a serious challenge for some time, if ever. There are some good attempts but, imho, alternative electricity generation will be required to make them convenient long distance machines. However, around town to reduce local pollution, yes, certainly.

At the other end of the scale, the new Triumph Rocket, only 2500cc...hehe... Now we're talkin'.. https://www.triumphmotorcycles.co.uk/motorcycles/tfc/rocket-3
