That seems like a good price for a great bike...……..

That would be about right. I paid $17,500 for my 2014 RT in September of 2014. That was a $4500 savings over my buddy who got the same bike in February of that year.
My question would be if it is a SE6 or SM6. That is about a $1500 difference. The add says manual, which would make me think it is a SM6.

They are SE6 Spyders and yes its a real ad.

Ad says it's a manual so how can it be SE6? If it a manual then it's not a Ltd model.

You might want to get the VIN and check it out on BRP's website. Then you'll know for sure.

But it is a base model RT. SE6(can see the thumb shifter when zoomed in), NO fog lights, No floorboards, plain fenders,

That's just a little higher in cost than my base model 2017 SE6 RT - but only a few hundred more. I decided I didn't need all the fancy electronics and have outfitted it (farkeled) just the way I like it.
