• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

One of the other Girls on Spyders posted this info about a contest for a Smart Brailler. She requested votes for the Porter child, who is the grandson of friends of theirs. All it takes is a little time to cast a vote; the contest ends at midnight ET Sept 8th so time is running out. Please take a minute or two to vote for Alden. The GOS have managed to cut the lead between the top 2 families but there is still just over 1% separating the top two families. Unfortunately the Porters are still in 2nd. I voted on my tablet, my android, my wife's I-phone, her I-pad...so that makes 4 votes and tomorrow 4 more..hope we can push him up to the top...:thumbup:
