• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Got a Hopkins 46365 Short Proof Power Converter and need to install it next weekend. I looked at You-Tubefound nothing, even some pics of where others have installed similar things would be helpful(I'm one of those visible learners). Anybody know of anything? Thanks in advance.

Not sure what the 46365 is. When I did my '08, I used a Hopkins 5 to 4 powered converter, 20 amp fuse to the battery, and positaps to the wires for the lights. The converter fit above the rear wheel in the tail section. Soldered a long pigtail from the converter forward to the swing arm pivot and then tywrapped on the swing arm to a 4 wire flat plug screwed onto the hitch. Worked well for me for 3 years.
The powered converter isolates the trailer lights from the CanBus, so it doesn't throw codes.
