• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Need helps installing rear brake pad.

While I changed my rear pad on my RT SE5, I found that my inside pad had worn to the metal and scratched up the rotor. Can I re-surface the rotor? What is the min thickness of the rotor? Also when I installed the new EBC pads, I could not press the piston back far enough. Is the piston suppose to press flush with the casing? I had already taken out the parking brake assembly and rotated the spine counter clockwise. The piston is still sticking out about 1/4" out from the casing.

Yes, I did open the brake reservior cap, and I did use a c clamp. But the piston still stick out 1/4" above the casing. When I turn the parking brake shift back and forth, I can barely feel the piston movement, is it somthing wrong with the parking brake?

There's a trick to it. IIRC, you have put a socket or alike over the adjustment flange so that it can move freely as you press the piston with the C clamp.
