• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Need Help ordering from Spyder Store - what am I missing here?

hello i have been trying for a full week to order , site not taking credit cards. it takes the first month but not the year of the card.... is there some type of procedure i am missing.....
 
Copper spyder . the only reason i am posting here is maybe its get lamonts attention, i tried calling every day this week, i have sent emails . if there is another form of contact please enlighten me.

Why attract Lamont's attention?? :shocked: I thought his business was 'Lamonster Garage', not 'Spyder Store'?? But isn't there a 'JT's Spyder Store'?? Or are you trying to contact this mob who sell sneakers??

Who exactly are you trying to contact/order from?? If you have a full business name, or even just an email address, please post it up so we can help! But as far as I can see from what little info you've given us so far, there's not really all that much we can do to help beyond what CopperSpyder's already suggested?!? :rolleyes:

I ordered a oil change kit from lamonster on Wednesday and it shipped out on Thursday. Everything worked fine on this end.

May be a fake site coming up in search results if you are searching for the site you are attempting to shop from.
 
A couple days ago I had a question on an item that Lamont sells, so I picked up the phone and called. Granted nobody answered the phone which means they were busy, so I left a message. Since I was waiting for the return phone call I decided to also email them with my question. Well guess what, I got a return phone call probably less than an hour later and they also answered my email that I had sent. Now that is what I call service.
 
I’ve ordered from Lamonster several times. I use their website. Never had an issue and had what I ordered in hand in 2-3 days.

So I just went to that link at the top of the page lefthand side and it asks you to sign in or registar. Have you done either of those ? If yes did it still not work? Just a thought. Very frustrating when something doesn't work.
 
Pegesus i have ordered items in the past and yes to being registered. i would rather support the this community when buying for the Spyder then amazon.

Since I just ordered today, the sequence on the payment page is fresh in my mind for Lamonster Garage (if that is what you mean by Spyder Store). The payments page in my browser goes like this (each of these are INDIVIDUAL fields):

Card Number (you have to type it in).
Expiration MONTH (pull down menu)
Expiration YEAR (pull down menu)
Card Security Code (three or four digits, depending on card, you type it in)

Is your browser keeping the expiration year field from showing? Have you tried adjusting the page / tab size in the browser to see if something is truncated?

Beyond that, I have no clue .... hope you get it figured out. They really are a quality shop with excellent customer service ....... Ann
