EDIT: I figured it out. The parking brake arm had to come off. 
I'm doing the brakes and noticed my caliper will not retract. I've read two different procedures on how to make it retract. Does the 2008 GS require a C clamp? Or does it need to be screwed back in? Also, does the parking brake lever need to be pressed during any of this? I am totally new to Can Ams. It feels like the parking brake is keeping it from retracting. The cable is totally off.
