My Spyder Rocks....

I think my Spyder is the coolest thing I've ever owned.
Why, because its different.
I like the way people react when they see it :yikes:
Most people have never seen anything like it. I looks cool, sounds cool. And its an absolute blast to ride.
So this thread is for anyone who wants to tell other people on here whats so good about their Spyder.
Why you bought one. And why they should too.

Do to physical limitations, stiffer all over, it was becoming harder and harder to ride my motorcycle so I was looking for a trike conversion kit for my FZ1 or buy a trike or just throw in the towel.

Only trike kit available was custom at $18K plus. As I continued my search I found the Spyder.

Spyder cheaper than trike conversion, safer-two wheels up front versus two wheels in the back, larger foot print for cagers to see,etc.. I purchased a used one for just over $12K.

It was a no brainer for me.

I have to date enjoyed 3K failure free miles. Had a minor failure, which dealer caused at 600 mile service, and Lamonster's tip fixed-so I don't count that one:2thumbs:
