• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. My F3S Spyder DIY Aluminum frame mounts RT windshield for great wind protection

Great wind protection, no wind noise, no helmet buffeting with 25" high x 27 1/2" wide RT windshield. It is 20" high from top of F3S center handlebar mount. If I slouch, I am looking through top 1" of shield, (I am 6' tall), (which is fine with me to get total quiet wind protection). Others may need the Shorty CalSci 17" high shield for their preference. With (Larry's) CalSci RT Tinted Shorty shield it is 15 1/2" high from top of F3 center handlebar mount, with good wind protection, no helmet buffeting, just a little more wind noise than my tall RT shield. RT shield on F3S is in about same position as my 2014 RT-S shield; 24" from top of RT shield to front of my eyeglasses when sitting in riding position. The RT adjustable side vents gives a nice flow of air directed towards middle front of body for cooling in Tucson/Phoenix, Az 115 deg Summer days! Bottom line: RT shield mounted on my F3S gives really good wind protection, Aluminum 1/4" thick frame is rock solid, mounted to the cluster base, 4 bolts (5mm x 50mm long sunken head socket bolts) can remove Aluminum frame as a unit real easy. Enjoy your F3S rydes this Summer!! Jim

Question: Looking at your Bike; the shield seems to stand up pretty tall...
(Or is that just the camera angle?)
Is there any chance of making it so that the rake can be adjusted?
(Sorry! :yikes: I probably just made a TON of work for you... :banghead:)
