• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

When I run into something like this I go to Ace Hardware. :ani29:

Ace is the place for me! However I will take a look at my monocowl and get backto you, Dubian. The sucky rubbers that they give you to attach the cowl to the seat broke on mine so now I have to find a fix to re-attach. Look forward to that - it WILL happen to you too!

If I find a more permanant solution I will post it. Will get back to you tomorrow with screw info...

There was a fix posted a long time ago with velco attachment. Do a search and it should show up.

What he is referring to has nothing to do with the hold down rubbers or Velcro straps.

The screws you need are not visible while the cover is attached so I would just use something from your local hardware store.

Oh I know. But believe me, in a few weeks when the rubbers break, he'll be looking for that solution too. Those screws are child's play...
