• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Just wanted to express a heart felt thanks to all you vets; from across the years. Never served in the military myself, though I've worked extensively with our Armed Services over the last 10 years. With only a couple of exceptions; I've had a very positive experience with all service members, and have been well treated (as a contractor) by service organizational apparatus; when they've been in charge of my billeting, etc. I can honestly say; working and living with our Armed forces members (what ever their service branch) has been a high point of my life! Thanks again for all you've done/are doing!

Nicely put..!!

they all deserve our thanks if nit fir them we would not be who we are...:bowdown::bowdown:

Each year I say the same thing. My hats off to all veterans and current military members every day of the year, not just Memorial Day.

We used to sit around, over a beer at the EClub and, to a person, we all agreed that all we wanted out of our service was to have a time when people would look at all the cemeteries, read about all the wars, look at all pictures of us, and then wonder why the world ever even needed people like us. Here's to peace in our time and to all that died over the years in an attempt to bring that about.
