• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I see posts about melting. where is it located? what does it take to inspect it, which panels and how to remove them. Thanks for your replys:2thumbs:

Let's see..!!

the pic's I saw show a plastic part on the brake actuator on the right side next to the down header pipe on the rear cylinder. You would have to remove panel to get a good look. Check with Lamont's post he has pic's..

Larry, if you have an ST then you need to check the plastic cap that sits on top of the MC. The 4 panels on the right side have to be removed. All tools needed are in your tool kit. Remove the panel that says Cam-Am first, then the bottom front panel. This panel sits behind the fan. Then remove the upper panel that runs from front to rear turn signal. Lastly, remove bottom black panel. You will see the MC and cap behind the brake pedal. On some ST's, the heat has melted the cap thus loss of brake fluid.
