• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I'll be attending, along with a small group from Middle Tennessee.

The numbers are a bit fluid at this point, but there will be 4 or 5 bikes, and 5 or 6 people.

Our current plans are to leave the Cookeville, TN area on Monday, and ride the backroads over to Maggie Valley. We'll be returning on Saturday, Oct 4.

I'll be in Maggie Valley next week for rides North and South. Will miss the September gathering.

We are spending Monday night in Tellico Plains, then next day will ride the Cherohala and the Dragon. We will spend another night in the Pigeon Forge area and then make our way to Maggie Valley. Pray for good weather! We missed last year due to the flooding.

This is always a great event, and in one of the best riding areas in the US. We will be going 2 weeks later this year in order to see more of the change in leaf colors. It appears to have been getting earlier and earlier each year so we have a core group that get together and go the 2nd or 3rd week of October. Sometimes we get there for Spyder Adventures, sometimes we are there a week or so afterwards. Either way it is always a great time.
