Looking for the new filter housing pics

I am looking for any pics of the new filter housing. I have my Spyder apart right now and it doesnt look like the filter housing is any diff than I remember. Just so Im clear, the upgraded "longer" filter is the transmission filter correct?

I tried searching for pics but came up empty. I thought I saw a post by Lamont that had them side by side?

don't know where the comparative pic's might be. But you will be putting a new tranny filter in and they basically only sell the new larger one. If you buy from dealer they should come with the new cover. If you have a new filter and the cover dosen't fit you know yours is the old one. You can take your cover to dealer and compare..you have it apart anyway...:dontknow:

I just found the thread that Lamont posted with the pics of the 2 diff ones. Ill have to look closer after I get home. And after I finish cleaning the oil.

I just picked up an oil change kit last week at my local dealer and it had the longer cap and trans filter in it.
