• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Looking for money to fund cancer research...please help if you can

I'm walking on Thursday night in the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's annual fundraiser Light the Night Walk. I am walking in honor of my husband Edward Ragsdale (Erags), a fellow Spyderlover battling mantle cell lymphoma, a (currently incurable) non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. He has just finished his fourth chemo cycle. We should find out fairly soon whether the doctors feel he needs six or eight cycles. We're  that six cycles will do the trick since the 21 day cycles have been rough to tolerate.

The Walk helps fund lifesaving cancer research and patient services. Research is the answer to curing cancer.

If you can, please donate at www.lightthenight.org (type in my name when you are on the website). Your donation is tax-deductible. Thank you very much. We're hoping to see a lot of you at Spyderfest 2012.

I typed in "Cheryl Reinhart Ragsdale" and found nothing. Typed in just Ragsdale, and found 12, but no Cheryl. What team are you part of? I would like to help, but don't want you to be non-sponsored.

Team Ragsdale: Leukemia and Lymphoma Society fundraiser

This is definitely strange...this morning when I typed in my name (hyphenate the last names), I got no matches, either. When I went to the link about "trouble finding participant" and typed in my name, it came up. :dontknow:

Go under the team name of Ragsdale and you should find my name that way. Thanks.

It worked this time. Come on all SpyderLovers jump on in, and help out.

I wasn't sure how many folks even look at the Off Topic part of the forum, but I didn't want to get in trouble with the webmaster posting it under one of the other sections :spyder:

I always click on the "whats new" button, so I see all no matter what section it is posted in.
