• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Looking back on Summer

It was to rainy for a ride this weekend so I was organizing some photos of my dads tour around the States in the late 30s on his Harley with a side car , I came across one that looked familiar . It was a picture of Sylvan Lake in Custer State Park , South Dakota . I took a picture from almost the same place this summer when my wife and I were touring on our Spyder , nearly 80 years later . I reserched it and the lodge burned down in the late 30s and was replaced by one designed by Frank Lloyd Wright.

Nice pictures. It is good to see that the "good stuff" changes very little. Drove by there in May of this year. Black Hills are one of my favorite destinations.

Thanks for the pics

We love riding out in the Black Hills of SD. :D We were through that area in July. Brings back great memories!
