• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I talked with my tech today and he told me the shock replacement is Vin specific and a BRP service bulletin. Obviously the #4 links apply to any bike with them on it but the shock replacement is Vin specific. I still can't believe we as owners cannot have access to Service bulletins or be able to look them up on our own VIN.:mad: If you are out there BRP Steve please tell your bosses this is the 21st century and all vehicles are able to get this info .... except BRP unless you have a secret clearance . Tech also said and I agree that BRP tends to use it's customers as beta testers. ;)
 
So, once again, I have to go to the dealer to find out if I am a "winner"?? :dontknow: I wouldn't mind being a "beta tester", but don't they usually PAY the testers? At the very least, I don't think beta testers have to pay a $25-30,000 ENTRY FEE!! :banghead: I'm starting to fell like I am playing the lottery. Every week I have to check my NUMBERS! ;)

:roflblack: you can call BRP with your vin. Just be ready to put it on speakerphone for a while till you get a live body 1 (715) 848-4957
