• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Police First ask if I had ran into truck:mad: So got to get new frunk lid an LI'LL RED will back like new. They say the first scratch is the hardest !!:roflblack: can't wait to see price of frunk lid. I will let you how it goes .

Sorry to hear

Pete

Sorry to hear the sad news but the backee will really be jerked out of shape when he gets the bill for his brain screw up. That is one more reason to leave lots of space between vehicles at red lights .l

Beside the fact that I don't like someone else's exhaust in my face, I always leave a lot of room between me and the car in front of me, just for this reason . . . I also tend to panic when I see their backup lights come on!

Glad no one was hurt. Was L'ill Red still drivable?

I have had that almost happen to me on my Burgman 400. But luckily I was able to turn the wheel and gunned it to the side of the road and they almost hit the truck behind me. Like others have said I always try to leave plenty of room between me and the guy in front. Sometimes when they decide to backup there just can't be enough room. I had almost a full car length between me and the blankity backer upper and just barely got out of the way. I don't believe I would have been able to on a spyder.

Must be the color

The exact same thing happened to me yesterday.... The guy said he didn't see me / I said : I'm not gonna argue with you cause I'm right but you didn't even look... Oh we'll its just a thing not a person and I'll get it fixed :)

I'm glad he finally stopped! On the 4th of July I was at a stoplight waiting to turn right when I got bumped from behind. I was jut a little mad and may have let a few 4 letter words fly out of my mouth. I told the guy (definitely older than you) to turn into the gas station at the corner. He pulled in and said he didn't do anything and I said yes you did you hit me! Well he didn't do any damage as he hit the trailer hitch.

His excuse was that had a pickup truck tailgating him and he was afraid. I said so you decide to hit a woman on a motorcycle? I also said it was his lucky day that I had 3 wheels and not 2.

Dag Nab It

I hope the paint will match. That can be a problem with red as the sun seems to fade it quicker than other colors. Its good to know that You and the wife are well. Happy Trails!

Glad to hear you weren't hurt; sorry about the damage!. A very similar incident happened to me years ago when an elderly woman got panicky at stop sign and backed into my car..................glad the air bags didn't deploy on that one. Hope you get your ride back in shape soonest!

How was it your fault, if he was backing up? Did he, by chance, have standard shift and rolled back?

In any case, glad it wasn't any worse and you're okay.

MANY THANKS EVERYONE
