• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Lift Points ??????

I'm going to store my Spyder RS in my garage for the winter and put dollies under the wheels for easy moving. The plan is to detail it back to like new, mainly the underside and all the stuff that's out of sight. I'm just not sure what the proper lift points are. The owners manual doesn't say anything. I can't see anything that screams jack point. Help me out if you can. :dontknow:
Thanks:ohyea:

:agree: Find a spot that looks "solid" :hun: You might need to adjust things a bit fore and aft to find the proer balance point, but it's there for the finding!

Motorcycle/ATV jack. Just put the back pad of the jack on the frame just before it starts making the radius bend up in front of the back wheel/ swing arm. It balances good there.
