• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

LED's installed on sides

I thought about using those, but decided on solder as I thought it would be more permanent. I'm working on a project to install the multicolor LED strips on a friends bike. Those use 4 wires to connect them, and it may be beneficial to use the connectors. BTW, those multicolor strips are amazing!

I noticed that you used solder. I just used these connectors they sell for the led strips.

If I knew how to solder I might also have chosen that route , but my skills are lacking. I like the multicolor strips I wish I could see a video of them. I am thinking of putting some along both sides of the frunk up to seat like your. How do you think the multi-color ones would look there.

I installed a strip underneath a pinball machine project I have been working on. This will give you an idea of the colors, as I have it set to slowly cycle through them:

They make a very small controller box for those, which I have installed in the pinball machine. Normally they come with a larger box, and a remote. The smaller controller allows you to adjust the LED settings without the big remote. I think they would look great going up the sides of the frunk. I didn't use them on my Spyder, as I am afraid of using too many lights and getting pulled over.
