I've been asked how to wire up the LED strips for the fenders as well as the brake lights. Sorry I do not have a video, nor do I have pics. I'll try and explain it best I can.
BRAKE LIGHTS:
I used some red and black hookup wire, and soldered this onto the solder points on the LED strips. You can cut the strips to whatever length you wish, and you will need to remove the rubber coating from the solder points before soldering. Make sure you remove all of the coating, or you will have difficulty getting the solder to flow. After soldering, I cover the solder with hot glue, and then heat shrink it. So far, this has held up well.
You will need to remove the rear fender liner in order to gain access to the brake light wiring. There are 7 torx screws that hold this on, and these can be removed with the torx driver in the Spyder tool kit. Once this is removed, make sure the mounting area is clean. You can mount the strips anywhere you wish, however, I mounted mine on the lower part of the fender. Once you have the strips mounted, you will wire them inline with the brake wiring. You will see a black, white, and orange wire going to each brakelight. You want to tap into the negative (black) and positive (white) wire. I used waterproof ScotchLok connectors to tap black to black, and white to red. Once the taps are complete, turn on the Spyder, and make sure the lights are working. If everything is ok, go ahead re-install the fender liner.
FENDER STRIPS:
I use a strip of white, and a strip of red. You can connect these with short pieces of wire, and the hot glue the joint. For this I use clear heatshrink, as this will be on the very top of the fender. Use the red/black hookup wire soldered the same way as with the brake lights. To wire them up, remove the fender light socket. You should see a red/orange wire and a black wire. Depending on the Spyder, you may have enough wire there to tap into, or you may need to remove the wheel to give you some more wire to tap into. Again, I used waterproof ScotchLoks, but PosiTaps would probably be better. After you tap into the wires, turn on the Spyder to make sure everything lights, and then stick the LED strips into the fender channel. One thing I did was to put a strip of 3M body trim adhesive tape into the channel to better mount the LED strips. The LED strips from Amazon have a thin adhesive backing that works ok on a flat surface, but where the channel is u shaped, it does not adhere well.

Hope this is of some help. If anyone has any questions, feel free to PM me.
