There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. Leah Thanks You! Over $4000 raised for The March of Dimes!

Howdy all!

Wanted to give you an update and thank you for your support of my little girl. Leah helped raise over $4000 dollars for the March of Dimes, Walk for Babies in Charlotte, NC on April 30th.

Spyderlovers were over $2000 of that which simply blows us away. We can't thank you enough. My wife still wonders what I do at these rallies and online that people I don't even know or hardly know are willing to donate so much of their money to help Leah's fund raising. Please don't tell my wife what I do!

We shot some videos and pictures of the day. We all were worn out after we walked, visited the NICU to see our nurses, and stopped at the dealer to pick up my spyder (12k service).

The walk was fun. Lots of sad moments though. Lots of shirts worn that proclaimed "In Memory of" and a DOB and DOD. It reminded us just how fortunate we and Leah are at this point.

As for Leah, she continues to do well. She is 7 months old, and 3 1/2 months adjusted age. She was rated as being 4 1/2 months two weeks ago, so she is 1 month ahead of where they expected her to be at this point. She is reaching out for things quite a bit and is able to grasp items. She is a very good baby though lately she has been cranky at night during and after her last feedings. She is sitting at 11 pounds.

First... Thank you!

Leah eating rice cereal for the first time. She has been doing better with the cereal this past week and we will be trying other baby food for her this coming week.

Not sure how I missed this back in May!!! Thanks for the bump!!!
As I said to you in MV and others here are saying... a blessing. You may or may not totally see that now, but you will my friend. Take it from a father of 4 daughters- there will be a day when you are reminded of this time in her little life and you will have that small tear that comes as you count your blessings and name them one by one.

Thanks for the sweet note too....

We got the Thank You card you sent in the mail today.

Patti and I are so glad to have helped!

Seeing Leah's smile makes it all worth it!

Dan, we appreciated your kind and thoughtful thank-you note. A worthy cause for a delightful little sponsor. We were happy to contribute.

:agree: my wife was so apreciative of receiving the thank you note! And from the pics in Facebook, Leah is such a beautiful baby and growing by the minute. God bless your family and all the ones that have helped in one way or the other!!

We wanted to get the notes out sooner... My wife wanted to make sure that every single one was hand written and personal.

Again, thank you for everything. I'm hoping that we can match it next year or exceed it. As Leah gets older, my hope is that she takes ownership of the process, as I think it will be a focal for her, as well a good experience.
