Last minute possibility to spyderfest

I'm thinking I might possibly be able to make it to spyderfest on Thursday evening and stay till Saturday. I was wondering what's the chances of finding a room for the two nights would be? I looked a while back and didn't find any thing available.

Anyone know of any place nearby that would be suitable or am I too late to the party.......

First off it's Spyderquest. Spyderfest is in Springfield, Missouri.

Secondly, how did you look a while back? You have to call either GEL or Ramada and ask about rooms for Spyderquest; you can't see it online.

A while back GEL was sold out. I registered at the Ramada about a month ago and at that time they had 10 rooms left. Now, there might be cancellations.

Lake George is a resort area there are 1000's of rooms in the immediate area.....maybe not at GEL or Ramada but just do KAYAK or ORVIS etc.......you will find something you like ....................jmho.......Mike :thumbup:

Last year I stayed at the Country Inn and Suites right near GEL.

I'm at the GEL the first and last night, but the Hampton Inn, the rest of the time. As mentioned, above, there are lots of places to stay in/near Lake George.

A half-hour South of Lake George, is the Saratoga/Malta area... TONS of places to stay in!! nojoke
